i am australian, living in madeira after most of 12 years in eastern europe... and i want to go to the prairies

europe sucks

though oddly enough the supermarket near me sells actual uraguay beef and beef patties, not teh usual veal shit like everywhere else

makes me wonder... perhaps this is common outside of the dense population in europe... lots of old trad guys who are like "what the fuck is this veal bro?"

Uruguay is a good candidate to move to. If I'm not confusing it with Paraguay... Entirely possible. Living near ranchers is a good strategy for quality of life.

it was simply what was in the freezer... giant 9 pound slab, not sure, i think picanha cut, over the rump at the top in front of the tatil
