Nostr doesn’t solve this problem in any way — everyone understands that, except for those who keep making yet another WoT filter or an Auth-enabled relay while talking about freedom and the absence of censorship.
Indeed! Nostr is just an isolated island, the world outside if its borders it is being set on fire. No fun.
