Looking up at the stars and asking my big brother about the time he visited Paris with his girlfriend. He says that it’s brilliant. It’s basically London, but dirtier. It’s got over hyped food, beautiful buildings, and at night they turn the Eiffel Tower lights on and people play music, dance and drink on the greenery in front of it . He said it’s a vibe and it’s wonderful.

Ooh yeah I’ve heard about that. London pretty similar but I think in London they snatch and in Paris you won’t know what’s missing 🥲
Brussels was the worst in my experience. Party of us went for a stag do. All got our wallets pick pocketed. I was furious. Found the ringleader. Used my broken Arabic to get all the wallets back within a few minutes.
It was beautiful for the afternoon that I was there. Ironically, the government had asked the populace to be more friendly, due to a drop in tourism. It was still the unfriendliest place of my "western European tour".
That was last century though.
Sarajevo is a vibe. I was there in 2012 and had a blast with incredible people.
Yeahhh I once met a girl who was from the French countryside and she told me Parisians were rude 😭 I suspect there are lots of exceptions though
Also had a really tall French customer back when I worked in retail buy me his favourite book from Paris, but cos he was so rude I didn’t want to lead him on and told him I couldn’t speak French so I couldn’t accept the book. He looked at me like I was stupid and said it was in English 🥲 charming man. I left it in the back of my bookshelf for years. Read it recently and really love it.
