For those of you who once were atheists, what was it that brought you back to theism?

Personally experiencing Jesus Christ after a long internal battle with the church and religion in general
Can you tell more? One reason I left the church is bc I was uncertain that Jesus should be worshipped as God. I began to view him more as an enlightened and powerful man that zealots formed a religion around. What did Christ become to you?
Well thats a long story but I can talk about it one day if you like to hear the story
I only had one moment as a teen where I considered not believing in God anymore, but then I realized I was talking to God about it, so I figured atheism wasn't for me 😅🤣

Yoga. Spiritual connection hiking the mountains. Growing up. Christian friends going drip-drip-drip. Jordan Peterson.
For me, it was a combination of exploring eastern religions, particularly via the work of Alan Watts, and a series of visceral religious experiences where I experienced the Godhead firsthand.

Mushrooms. I felt this urge to research consciousness afterwards and it's been the rabbit hole of rabbit holes.
Once I knew about the icewall, fake space and all the other nonsense all the other stuff just fell into place. Lots of intuition and synchronicities involved. Was and still is lifechanging.
Pain and feeling lost
In my dream, I saw purple lights, and I was told they were the soul of the universe. As an atheist, I responded, "There’s no such thing as a soul." The answer was, "Souls have always existed, but you couldn’t see them because you never believed. Since you don’t believe in spiritual things, you will never truly understand this universe." In the dream, I lost consciousness. There were many more details, but when I woke up, I felt compelled to research and learn about all things spiritual. Now, I'm a Muslim.

Slow process over many years and being a curious person asking a lot of questions.
The unspeakable experience.
That beyond any words and logic yet it makes complete sense.
Plant medicine first and mushrooms later.
Then I can barely philosophy about it.
