My mom was psyched I got her Ghee for a Christmas stuffer. She'd heard about it but hadn't done her research to actually go about getting some.
Me, unaware of that, apparently actually got her something she'd been wanting.
I'm on my second jar, so. In fewer words:
What do you do with ghee?
Anyway you would use seed oils, olive oil, avocado oil, butter, tallow, or lard - use ghee instead. It has a fantastic flavor profile and is objectively one of the healthiest cooking fats to use
I'm one of the fake ones.
The push for real food is what matters.
Cook with ghee, don't overcomplicate it.
