Oh wow nice!!! Basically doing one meal 🤔

One meal at 2pm and another one at 5:30 with the family

I’m not at one meal just yet 😅

I’ve tried omad before and it’s too extreme lol I’m having two meals in a 8/16 split everyday

That’s the sweet spot for me hehe
