Feeling deeply depressed and defeated today. I know it's a function of lack of sleep. I still have faith that the risks I've been taking will pay off. I still have faith that it's all working out in God's plan, even if not in my plan. But sometimes even in faith, life doesn't feel great 😞

Whenever I feel like this I remind myself that it’s always darkest just before the dawn… I have a feeling you’re breakthrough is probably just right around the corner

Dig in. Lunch ahead.

Thank you friend, I appreciate it πŸ«‚

I've been feeling a bit off the last week & I felt almost depressed yesterday.

It's been difficult to identify the source since there is nothing actually wrong. I have nothing to complain about.

It just feels like a funk that will eventually lift & shift with time. I'm trying not to judge it & just sit with it.

Sending you some strength & love Kip πŸ’šπŸ«‚

A seasonal shift can leave many feeling like this!

Yes indeed.

There's been a dramatic shift in weather here. We've gone from having a wood fire each evening to running the AC during the day. Our winter lasts only 2 months & ends very quickly.

I suspect the recent lunar eclipse & then solar eclipse plays a subtle part in it all too. Letting go old beliefs & behaviours that no longer serve us seems to be a theme.

I see this mirrored in Bitcoin with Knots V Core, treasury company drama & the price chopsolidation.

Everything is cyclical. You've got to ride the lows to then ride the highs. I'm expecting the vibe to pick up this week.

Here's hoping!

The fact that you recognize all these things makes me hopeful that your expectancies of a positive vibe shift this week will come to fruition.

Thank you friend πŸ«‚

when you feel the stress, take deep breaths

feel your feet on the ground

stretch and exhale

let the stress leave, and pay attention to the facts.

persevere.
