finally got a pretty major local rancher to become obsessed with #Bitcoin over the course of the last year.
whole staff now has btc denominated benefits. all the store locations and online shop will start accepting Bitcoin and putting it in cold storage as the company war chest. Can’t wait to release this announcement y’all are going to love their meat.
how did I do it? I shook their hands when shopping there, asked about their lives and over time invited each of them to grab lunch, or come to jiu jitsu, or go shooting now and then, and casually asked to pay in Bitcoin every week until they started inviting me to lunch specifically to learn about it. Not too pushy, no strings attached.
This is not a venture for me. It’s just love of community and trying being of service locally. Bottom up adoption.
