Does a tool exist to share and store signed bitcoin transactions until internet access is restored? Maybe whichever party goes online can also sync all the blocks to prove confirmation.

Mesh network / app is really the way to go. My prediction is that the major phone makers will use this in the future rather than using telecom providers.

I tried to use Briar. I really did. But it was incredibly slow performance battery consuming. I want the project to win, but needs some time, IMO
