Change client till you find one that works for you. Its the solution. Some clients take ages to load. Others work well

Nostr cannot compete against the big platforms on the same field. If you try to make Nostr apps exactly like Twitter they will just be an inferior copycat. Nostr's competitive advantage is the fact that it is an open protocol, trying to hide that from users is the asking for defeat.

I am trying to use Nostr again and also trying to understand why my Nostr account is so struggling to load my profile, pictures and timeline. I have three paid relays? Do I need more paid relays ?

How can I improve the loading times ?

This is why mesh nets are important.

If you are in a case like this and you need to communicate I recommend either Berty messenger or Briar, both support mesh networks without internet connection.

Mesh network / app is really the way to go. My prediction is that the major phone makers will use this in the future rather than using telecom providers.

But I didn’t know about Berty. Thank you for sharing.
