Trigger warning.

EVERYBODY'S life goal is to live on land, raise kids and animals, grow their own food, generate their own energy, opt out of all the government bullshit and stop paying taxes.

If you disagree, let's talk next year - in the meantime, enjoy your noisy, city lifestyle with your fake food, poisoned air and crappy job. Think it's going to improve?

Exactly this!! ❤️

i've already raised my kids, fk that part lol. grand kids maybe

I'll leave the city one day, hopefully soon.

Disagree on raising animals. I don’t want to do everything myself.

Everyone should raise chickens.

Most people should raise rabbit.

Those with a couple acres should have pigs, goats or sheep, those with more y should have cows. Or HSAs should exist where you can lease your land to a smaller sheep/goat farmer. Lawns are satanic.

Taking a teen-ager who likes the city out to the country has been tough. Mine pretty much refuses to go outside. With winter setting in, I don't see that changing much. That aside, I love it.

I love my clean water and air. I love having extended family out here with me.

I love not hardly ever seeing an airliner. I love watching the deer cross my pasture. Those are just starters. The list is long.

Mostly, I love subduing the land and making it a home.

I don't know a single other person in my life who also wants this

Seven out of our nine children want to homestead. To some extent. Would love to find some property where we all could live. The Free State Project in New Hampshire is intriguing.
