my aunty put me onto boron, also, just to mention - magnesium is the least easily absorbed mineral, and intestinal irritation can cause deficiency

but in addition, boron deficiency can cause magnesium and calcium deficiency

i just want to mention that because it can be the case your diet is fine but your kidneys are eliminating it because you aren't getting enough boron

i don't know why this is and there is very little information available at all as to how this even works but it is acknowledged by many researchers that boron deficiency has a cascade effect of causing magnesium and calcium deficiency
