That doesn't make sense it has to be another thing. Did you check if your relay connections are green?
it appears #pokey will only send notifications on one device at a time. Unsure if this is a bug or by design (it's entirely possible I don't understand something that would limit it to one device). Notifications were working grand on my phone but I setup Pokey on my Pixel Tablet and now I'm getting notified on the tablet but no longer on my phone 🙁 nostr:npub1v3tgrwwsv7c6xckyhm5dmluc05jxd4yeqhpxew87chn0kua0tjzqc6yvjh
