Faith... 🤔

Personally I have a hard time with religion. But a solid sense of appreciation for whatever it was that created this human experience is beneficial.

I understand completely. A lot of harm has been done in the name of religion.

Religion, faith, and spirituality are independent topics in my view. All have their own value 🙏

Regardless of alignment with any religion, I do believe having faith in something bigger than ourselves is key to living a purposeful and meaningful life (which is also backed by research).
