Is being on my phone way less a symptom of going nostr only?! Has anyone else experienced this?

I love interacting with this protocol, but I no longer feel the urge to be on my phone all the time. There’s no more randomly checking socials for no reason, I’ve just been taking a peek once or twice a day. No more doom scrolling either. It’s actually pretty crazy.

I’ve gone without social media for months at a time, and years with all socials deleted, but I’ve never had this balance while having social media apps downloaded on my phone.

Seems like a good thing 🤙

Unfortunately for me it's the opposite. After ignoring social media for nearly a decade I'm finally back to sore thumbs from scrolling through all of the interesting stuff on Nostr 🤣

Welcome back!

I had practically given up on social media too.

It all became too transactional.

When really, I believe Leadership = Relationships

Like you, Nostr has helped fix this for me.

I’d #zap this but my LSP is offline 🤦🏻‍♂️

Understandable 😂

When I first got on here I was definitely plugged in a lot more, but I’ve backed away a bit, not by force but naturally. I was probably hooked on the algo of ‘traditional’ social media or something.

Welcome back to socials 🤙🤙
