I’m one of the very few nutritionists who isn’t a dogmatic zealot preaching “carnivore-only / animals-only” as the ultimate diet for health and longevity (sorry Saladino).

Just look at chlorophyll — seriously — and tell me we weren’t made to heal with herbs, greens, or even chlorella/spirulina every now and then.

These compounds literally aid detox and help cleanse the blood.
