Slept on it and think it is kind of silly to not let one muscle group recover. Going to modify it to Pull-up day, Push-up Day, Squat Day, repeat
JT Body Weight Strength on YouTube has some great videos on how to get better at pull-ups!
Changed it up a little bit to not be completely silly
Update: started over 2 hours ago and am up to 85…I see why this is not a thing 😅
