grew up very “food sheltered”, we were never allowed to eat junk food, fast food, as my mom never missed a day making a tremendous meal for us. always with clean ingredients, and lots of meat.

i never had any gut issues until i started eating junk food, and fast food around 17/18. i wanted to try all the things i wasn’t able to growing up.

soon after, i developed gut issues that plagued me with low energy, and “ibs” symptoms. i also was using junk food to cope with sobriety.

once i started correlating the awful processed foods with my awful health, i went back to home cooked meals, and ingredients. i do still have some days where i eat crap with friends, but cutting down on it absolutely made all those “ibs” symptoms go away. i also couldn’t afford another trip to the gastroenterologist which helped. nostr:note1j482z6r2nd0ee2pzqy870m8dlwvy7fue27nfcgksdq9gfs4z4a0sg0lg0r

don’t waste the 100s of dollars you could buy sats with to pay for a doctor who just tells you to not eat processed foods.

Most doctors would prescribe you medicine before they do that

Praying you have good health going forward, only commies, facists and politicians deserve to suffer

thank you sir 🙏

My grandfather passed away two years ago from stomach cancer, worst thing i ever witnessed short of execution videos. Also my uncle died in 2007 from colon cancer. Gut and colon health is paramount for a healthy body. Always live life to the fullest, spend it eating healthy, and give your time and energy to thing that are good and dont waste your life with people that bring you down. Life is too precious to be unhappy and sick both physically and mentally

Facts. Your gut is what’s on your plate.
