Honestly tho, fuck onions & peppers, & garlic sometimes too. Those things are no good for my gut.

Green bell peppers are worse than hot peppers for me, too. Red, yellow, or orange are good but agreed the green ones can eat a dick.

They do my gut fine. And garlic is so good for your immune system.

celery is rough for me

Interesting... I certainly don't eat celery raw, but celery & carrots are great for improving the taste of a crockpot meal once in a while & carrots seem to be the secret to good bone broth.

Mirepoix, garlic, oregano, thyme.

Oregano definitely used to be a favorite.

A lot of people hate on cilantro, but I always liked that too.

I'm in the cilantro fan club. Haters gonna hate.

I love cilantro. But in the right context with lime, in salsa, or in curry.
