Yup! New battery and new rubber gasket. The o-ring seals on these stretch and have to be replaced every few years. Suunto is good about spare parts.

Yeah. I’ve done a lot of watch design and tinkering in my time - no pun intended. I love the challenge of keeping old gear working. This works perfectly, it’s just well worn. #wabisabi
