I’m convinced that 99% of the content shared online is created by 1% of the people on the internet and just shared/copied by everyone else. Original content is always so refreshing to come across.

i think you overestimate it. 1% is a huge number. More like 1 in one million or even less.
I'm certain this has been researched and is true. I never understand how people make memes so fast. I can't create anything more creative than an ms paint stick figure
