Wife signed us up for an infrared sauna and cold plunge this morning. I’m terrified of the IR sauna, and she’s terrified of the cold plunge. Should be an interesting outing.

I own an IR sauna and use it daily for 35-50 mins, it’s incredibly epic and has helped me recovery from serious injuries (13 screws from the waist down). The cold plunge has immensely helped as well, keeps inflammation down and helps re-alkalines the blood too. 🫶✌️

Awesome. I’m a cold shower every morning guy, so I’m looking forward to the plunge, but I don’t know anything about the IR stuff. I hear good things though. Just gotta get over that cherry popping.

Absolutely. You will dig it. It makes the plunge even better/I can stay in 33-36 degree water for over 5 mins at times.

Awesome. The schedule is for 3 minutes in the cold and not sure the time in the sauna.

Going to be epic. Hope you both have a blast, wifey and I are def hooked.

Awesome. I will report back on the experience.

IR sauna was quite enjoyable. Wife only went up to 150 though. Feel like that’s not too crazy. Cold plunge was great, but I couldn’t handle the full 3 minutes with my arms in. Lower body was fine, but the arms were next level.

That is awesome! Yeah my IR tops out at around 154-156, it’s great bc it works more like an induction oven and heats you from the core out. Great on the plunge too, arms get used to it in time. ✌️

Did 4 minutes no arms no problem. Those arms tho.

Haha that’s awesome! The arms will get it eventually no stress 💪🦾

Enjoy your day 😌
