I’ve gone carnivore and therefore zero processed food , especially with sugar or flour .

Plus vegetables from my garden.

Will re introduce fruits when I hit my target

For now keto works like a miracle

This is a dry month for myself, still enjoying herbs which might be why I have issues eating healthy at night. My fresh vegetables have been a staple for 2 years now. I don't but lettuce. I have found it's made my cooking simpler and more robust flavours.

Side benefit: no seed oils! Great work so far.
