Which NIPs?

NIPs 59 and 17 with kind 14 events for DMs but can still accept nip4. NIP44 for messages and file attachments.

Yes, exactly. It works very well as a simple chat/DM app but it's initial purpose was as a sort of shared clipboard between devices.

Been looking for an improved / new pushbullet alternative. This looks awesome!
