Or learn to recognize process and be self aware of emotions. I have depression and it fucking sucks when it really kicks in. But even though I'll spend a few days being absolutely miserable I'm aware of what it is. Being aware the negative thoughts aren't true and finding ways to cope work wonders.

Get sunlight, Eat more meat and less grains.

I eat what I enjoy, meat, grains veggies. My diet is very balanced, self awareness and learning to recognize it is my best advice

I hope you end up mastering it. I would encourage you to just try cutting out the grains. You might like it 😉

Haha. Fair enough. If you’re gonna eat grains, homemade from scratch is definitely way better.
