I have guests in my body. They’ve been there for so long, they feel like a part of me. They talk to me, tell me what they want, and what they want is bad for me. They’re not bad guest, but they’re waaaay too many of them. Tomorrow, I’ll begin exterminating them.

Wish me good luck, I feel like I am going to need it.

Wtf... Guests in your body? That sounds fucked up buddy. Is it a quote from a movie?

No, bacteria. In my gut… waaay too many in the wrong spot. Dr was surprised by the amount, tells me rarely seen.

Probably started when I was a kid, too many antibiotics and just got worse and worse over time.

They kind of stole my life, I hope I get a 2nd chance at it.

Ppl forget antibiotics is actually a life-killer. Stay strong, eat well. You're gonna eliminate all this sh*t, like you said. Intermittent fasting might help too. And don't take any medical advice from me!

🙏

Went through the diet (fasting, low fodmap, elemental…) it helped a bit but was way not enough. This time we are going to nuke them, and then reintroduce a healthy balance of probiotics, all while dieting as well.

🤞

I drink almost daily selfmade Milk Kefir.

A real probiotic bomb!

Get well soon! 🫂

🙏🫂

No dairy products for 3 months, at least.

Yes and all these alive little critters will burn in your stomach. It is about the breaking down of lactose into complex chains and forms which helps our body to work the more interesting and entertaining the assimilation the better trained the body will be. But nothing alive enters your bowels that way. If you want kefir organisms in your body the have to go the wrong way round 😜

As far as I know, lactic acid bacteria do reach the intestinal tract alive.

Depends really on the acidity of your stomach and the resistance of the strain. Home grown already better. But a lot of kefir I see is lab grown over industrialilized source. Already. These pampered babies don't do the job.

That's why invested in building a relationship with them. Fungi / bacteria. Now for 15years I have multiple strains hand trained in various media. They can all survive PH 1 and even a red kefir strain that is completely impervious to Iron! But this takes time! And this quality on the market is very valuable.

My cure for COVID? Cannabis golden milk with my best strain.! By the slime! It will be fine!

Can't loose with the ooze! 🐌😜🤣🤣🤣

Btw finding out later, that nattokinase might help clear out spike proteins kinda made sense already in my mind. With the slime! You'll be fine! 😊

Nice! Sound really good. Expertstyle.

What do you think of my milkkefir on the left and the waterkefir on the right? Definitely delicious. I can say that! :D :)

Nice separation! On the milk. For drinking I would not wait so long. Do u make Yoghurt or kefir drink?

For the water. One. The look healthy!

Banana for power! If they loose colour.

And try medicinal flowers! Like elder. Etc!

For high acidity training more appels preferably in high iron content. (Red bruising)

When globuals have taken on the red colour they are ready. . this is good for red blood cel.

Like the with kefir is good for the immune system!

With=white blood cell.

Yeah. I love the sparation.

Its Kefir drink. A bit of stir and a bit of shake. Its perfekt creamy ans sparkling Kefir 🥰

In will try elder for the waterkefir. Good Idea! 🫂

Yes soon whe can pick the fresh flowers again!!! 🌸🌸🌸

Spring ist in the way ☀️🌱🤙

Ohh and one more! Cannabis tea for super Hulk power! Kefir loves to get HIGH!! Watch out for over production! And blow out! It WIlL become VERY active!

With cannabis, below 1.5g semi-potent flowers a day is best for the gut. Too much can be counterproductive.

Dosage is 👑 😜 I found that out the hard way a couple of times! 🤣💨😶‍🌫️🔥⚡. ... All though? Nukem with the mother of all Mary Jane! A hero's dose is what is needed for a hero's journey!

Yes nukem war is always the answer!

🫡

Look into fecal transplant! I know it sounds shitty. But this stuff works! It'll be a long time before AI has fully categorised all the gut biome and comes up with non invasive mild rebalance medicine. Until then hope for a compatible family members biome!!!

I considered it. Would have had to travel, bit complicated right now. Sadly, everyone in my family has unbalanced intestinal flora.

Do you have your own garden? If so, a check around for weeds. The weeds in your garden probably want to help you. I have found the most rare and endangered plants growing in the back yard of sick people.. if I start questioning them about when this rare plant started growing there. It is often the case that it is just before they started feeling bad. Ex, a woman with years of heavy migraine had her natural remedy growing right next to her. She wanted to take them away because the garden was getting messy. This plant was screaming at her to please make tea! Growing like crazy! The plant was a rare sister of camomille extremely potent even blooming out of season in the cold just for her!

Milk thistle and plantain and dandelion are all good gut biome supporting plants.

If you like I can help you with determination of plants in your surroundings that are willing to help you.

I wish you al the best and healthy recovery to a balanced system!

Wow! Crazy, but I am convinced nature always knows the answer. Sadly, no gardens, not even a balcony.

Thank you for the encouragement and good wishes, sincerely felt. 🙏🫂

Ohh and if your still use sugar..... Eliminate that one first!

Do they want bread?

Yes, all sorts of sugar. Massive cravings caused by the bacteria

Good luck and let us know how the extermination goes

🙏

Good luck my fren! 🍀 I‘m on a similar journey and it‘s great to read I‘m not the only one. Would be interesting to hear what protocol you‘re using and what experience you‘re having with it, if you care to share.

I have tried a few in the past here is the current one:

One week Falgyl (500mg 3x a day) and Zinc supplement (once a day)

Then, Enterelle plus Probiotics morning and evening for 12 days.

Then, Adomelle (morning) and Ramnoselle probiotics (evening) for 2 months

All while following this diet (diet is easier this time around, to keep it manageable)

No sugar, especially industrial prepared food with sugar. (No assugrin either, especially in hot drinks)

No sodas. No industrial fruit juices, small glass freshly pressed ok.

No mint or mint tea.

No alcohol

No sugarless candies. Sugarless chewing gum max 5min in mouth

Max once a week: honey, dates, figs, mango, apples, cabbage, garlic (😱😭), onions and mushroom.

Extremely low amount of lactose (I’m aiming zero)

Max one slice of bread each day.

A whole lot easier than the low fodmap diet I tried in the past.

My Dr works in Geneva and Lausanne.

Good luck to you too! This medical knowledge is fairly young. None of this was known 10 years ago. Dysbiosis are still poorly diagnosed and treated.

Forgot, cannabis max 3 a day

Interesting protocol. Looks like it‘s mainly focused on parasites in the intestines. From what I‘ve read, they can be everywhere in the body. But it‘s a good start in any case! Good luck 🍀👍🏻

I‘m currently doing this protocol: https://www.canva.com/design/DAFrGFvO3g4/aD7D-5EE1H75x4HR-voYTQ/edit

What I‘ve found to be helping with cleaning the intestines are coffee enemas. Sounds disgusting at first but every time there are some strange things coming out…

As for diet, eating no refined sugar as well as no wheat, barley or millet is essential as that gets converted into glucose, which in turn feeds degenerating cells (precursors of cancer cells). Same with alcohol. Parasites thrive in acidic environment, so maintaining an alkaline diet & body is vital. Diary is especially bad (though we all grow up with it here), because it leads to inflammation, as does meat. So I’m trying to leave away all these things. Regarding bread, I‘m consuming homemade sourdough bread from organic, wholewheat rye, two slices per day on average. Overall, I consume very little processed food and a lot of raw food, supplemented with a wide array of vitamins and trace minerals (which is another big topic on its own).

I‘d like to digress on dates as they are reputed to be anti-parasitic, from what I‘ve read. Same goes for garlic and onions, which are best eaten raw.

If I may ask, where did you get the info on mint tea from? So far, I‘ve nowhere read anything nehative on tea, so I‘d be very interested to get the source.
