I believe in ending all govts & institutions that are funded by theft. Voluntarily funded services only, everything else is just organized crime.
Theft is an act that converts the time you worked (to earn whatever was stolen) into time that (instead of benefitting you) benefits of someone who aims to do you harm. It's basically transforming your past efforts into slave labor that serves someone else. You know they primarily aim to do harm, because if service & satisfaction was the priority they would simply request a trade.
To put it a different way, theft steals the past, slavery steals the present, murder steals the future. I think the goal is to end stealing in all forms. Any organization (or program) that isn't voluntarily funded is a criminal organization that steals from people. If you don't let the govt steal your past, they will take your present. If you resist being put in a cage they will kill you. It's a criminal organization no matter how you look at it.
