Is there a Nostr "pagerank" system somewhere ranking people to see who has more signal and who is complete spam/sybil?

initial effort underway but much more work needs to be done to decentralize it + improve algorithm.
Umm those badges are ridiculous if I may say… not something I’d want to see implemented 😞
