Breaking the fast, 16 hours (23 if you don't count the cup of milk&honey last night). But man I'm really going to do this more often. Weekly small fasts.

Same. Sleep is always the possible issue. Water is key.
I’m not the only one that finds it difficult to sleep during extended fasts.
