Good job!! Make sure you have some Celtic salt or baja gold salt throughout your fast along with water. When you add electrolytes by way of salt, you can keep going longer. It definitely comes down to mindset!

I usually do 18/6 on the reg. Recently tried two 2 hour fasts and they weren’t bad. Staying busy sleeping or working from dinner to dinner helped. I’m currently on hour 67. Going out of town for a day tomorrow so I’ll like break at 84 or 96 hours depending on how the days goes. This is my longest for sure and the hardest part was feeding my two year old ground beef and mozzarella for dinner at the 48 hour mark. #fasting

Broke at 84 hours. Decided to break early once I looked into process of returning to solid foods since we are headed out of town and likely to be eating out. So far so good. Pooping 3 days since I had eaten anything was interesting and unexpected. Will fast longer soon. #fasting.
