Our local police dept uses Sig Saur p320 as their duty weapon. Apparently this gun has been the subject of discussion about firing in a way that "It just went off", without the owner pulling the trigger. I've always been sceptical about this idea, but recently one of the officers in town said his gun was in the holster, he was walking, and it went off. The gun was examined and the casing had failed to eject, they said because it was in the holster.
