What an incredible idea to share, thank you 🙏

To expand on this, my thoughts are that awake “dreaming” (dreaming = reality in this thought experiment, there’s no difference) must be reconciled against other’s “dreams” when you are awake. Thus awake “dreaming” requires much more focus to remove the tension.

I am just beginning my yoga journey and can’t wait to explore more. ✨

I believe your thought process is correct. It's fun to try to practice in the dream state... Lucid dreaming. I'm still learning this.

Lucid dreaming will inform your "awake"/ not sleeping state. I have friends who will say to themselves every 15 minutes "this is a dream". The idea is to program your consciousness.

Who are you studying yoga with?

There’s a local yoga place I just tried tonight it was lovely 🥰

Other than that, I’ve used YouTube

Any suggestions?

Richard and Mary Freeman are amazing. They used to be in Boulder Colorado... Last I heard they were moving/moved to Thailand. But I still see they teach in the US and globally.

After taking a few of their workshops, I moved to Boulder so I could study with them for three years. They are humble and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend

If you have the time for their one month teacher training, it's an experience of a lifetime. If you need housing accommodations, there are usually local yogis with rooms to spare.
