Victim mentality robs individuals of agency to affect change within their lives

Ownership, on the other hand, is empowering

Taken to the extreme, ownership for everything can lead to self-hate if enough goes wrong because, after all, everything is your fault

A tension exists between ownership and self-love that must be balanced and lived within

Too far on one side is self-importance and too far on another is self-destruction

I take ownership for everything because on a higher level I know that I chose it all.

When things appear to go wrong I try not to judge them as such, I look for the value because if there was no value there, I wouldn't have chosen it.

I'm learning to love myself unconditionally by loving everything & everyone unconditionally. It's hard sometimes but I do my best.

It's all a mirror 🪞
