I was just reading yesterday that the blossoms are really tasty fried...have you tried that?
Oh, I haven't but if I have time this year while they're in bloom I may try that! If not I'll definitely try it next year. I'm obsessed with trying the foods that grow natively around us. Thanks for sharing!
