K2 is supposed to be with D3, but I don't think that was noted here. That's considering the calcification of the pineal gland, of which is due to how nasty things are.

What you're trying to do is use a fallacy, specifically, bad company fallacy. Is it just because I hadn't mentioned that they need to be good quality supplements, and that there aren't areas where sunlight is easily attainable, especially in the north of some countries?

Regardless of quality or region, I believe Vit D supplements are extremely rarely justifiable because of the biological downsides I shared.

Do "happy lamps" / simulated sunlight lamps increase exposer tool light that tincreases vitamins D production?

Seems like us cubicle jockeys need to figure something out here....
