I think each style of grill kind of serves a different purpose. I prefer cooking on charcoal, but the main reason I want to get a propane is for specifically when I don't feel like fucking with charcoal.

I've seen them and but I haven't used one. They seem pretty cool and if I didn't already have a Weber I probably would look into getting one of those.

This is why briskets suggestion is a goodie. Linited downside. Test the grill learn thru doing and then go from there. Im gonna do the same
