Yup, can't go wrong with a spoons brekky, no matter where you are you know exactly what you're going to get - cheers for the well wishes, it's been going on far too long now.

You getting it looked at? Anything that can be done or just resting up?

I've been going to a chiropractor- I think its helped but I'm starting to think there may be a trapped nerve. It's difficult to judge how much to rest and how much to exercise atm so I'm kind of winging it - never had an issue this bad before.

Chiropractor stretch and strength train. Have to build up the support around the bones. Hydrate a lot too, the cartilage holds a lot of water.
