Surely someone can get down there with a Starlink dish and a generator and organise search / help? Doesn’t seem like there’s much activity?

I remember being in Sydney in ‘94 and going to bed at night knowing the bush fires were less than a mile away. Knowing there was a chance I might wake up during the night in a fire. Everyone knew it was arsonists, but without proof it was a taboo subject. People would ask why natural fires hadn’t started inland where it was hotter and drier.
