I hope I don't regret it, but I topped my tomatoes and tomatillos. We're still about a month from planting out and I started some of these way too soon!

Topping because you started too soon? Or other benefit? I’ve heard of topping peppers but not tomatoes before.
Yeah, they were reaching past the lights and flowering. They suckered pretty readily at the leaves, so I'm hoping to just select a new leader. I always plant deep anyway, so the cut will likely be buried and not create a weak point when it's planted out. I hope.
Just getting started here. Sowing tomatoes this week. They grow so damn fast.
