Almost everything people think they know is fake and wrong. It’s fucking insane.
Discussion
example?
Some people believe Superman is better than Batman.
Bro if you turn my note into a hell thread I will never forgive you 😂
Get real. Iron Man is better then both.
Did someone say hellthread?
Ser, this is a Wendy’s 🤣
Are you feeling better today Ryan?
I like turtles 🐢
Yeah feeling a bit better. I see a non ER Dr. tomorrow. I'm pretty sure it's a pulled muscle in my chest. Gonna heal up then pull out the dumbbells, I need some shoulder and chest work.
Mainstream politics, economics, medicine, money, banking, nutrition, history, education, media, the news. It is all fake and it is all (intentionally) wrong.
Most people are living in an all encompassing, carefully constructed, completely false reality and they are absolutely certain they understand the world. When in fact they are hopelessly programmed by their manipulators to be useful, harmless and compliant. The matrix is a perfect allegory.
Everything is a scam.
You ain’t whistling Dixie…
Sometimes I’m amazed I haven’t just given up.
Don’t give up. I was nihilistic in my younger days but now I’m free. Free to live outside of the collective insanity as an observer, because I realize life is still an incredible gift.
I’m what I’d consider past my younger days…and these truisms you speak of, I’ve climbed the mountain, a few times, and know them to be a foundation of facts.
But
Being made to grind (like my job, like the work; but) in this societal coral with the same folks you reference, some of which seem to have made it through life and come to the conclusion that causing and spreading discontent and just generally being cruel all while refusing to embody human decency is an acceptable trajectory….
It breaks through the shield from time to time.
Willing to accept that maybe I’m not/wasn’t as far along in my journey as I thought but it’s the reality I’m in.
Strong convictions about things I’ve not seen with my own eyes seem to always fall in this category.
Funny that once you understand Bitcoin and monetary economics it makes you seem insane to them.
I thought I might seem crazy with Bitcoin.
But then I started grokking libertarianism and austrian economics.
Now I never talk politics, economics or money unless someone else brings it up 😂
Even then I tone it down by a lot.
I agree. Austrian econ and anarchism was a huge piece of what I was missing as well. That and how banking and fiat operates.
Lead by example is the best way.
Even when you’re known to harbor information that is diametrically opposed to the official programming of the masses, when someone close to you sees you doing well financially, calm, confident, content and healthy with skills, it plants a seed.
I have had 3 people in my life ask me about Bitcoin after they knew I was all in on it, but without me selling it or even bringing it up for long periods of time. All 3 said they trust me, and so they had gained an implicit trust in Bitcoin, because they knew I was so deep in the weeds on it.
This is indeed the way.
How we carry ourselves and how we do in life definitely impacts how well-received our ideas are among our respective communities
While not insane, we are definitely not normal
