Hitting at a rate of .325 is considered hall of fame in baseball. 33% would be failure in most other walks of life. Never seen a video that made me feel the why as much as this one.

This one is good too. Same kind of thinking:

Love it, can't dwell on the failures or the wins. Hustle for the next one.

🎯 I just spent three hours in the water, paddled like a madman, for 9 waves and only one that will be worth remembering 😂

#winning

Exactly 🤛🤝

That is so fast.

I couldn't hit when the pitchers got in the 80s. Unreal experience

Same.

Didn't know you played?

High school

💯🎯

Most people have no idea how hard it is to hit elite pitching…and guys that can get into the mid to upper 90’s and change speeds well (throw multiple pitches for strikes/pitch a hitter backwards) are almost unfair🫡

It's a shame the mental and physical complexity isn't fast enough for today. It's dying slowly

IMHO it is one of the 2 most psychologically punishing sports in existence…IYKYK

…and for that reason alone it’ll never die…it may never be as popular as football but bad officiating will likely never drag its quality to the depths of the NFL

It is. But it is a great game to play

From my experience, upper 80s and above it all starts to look the same, then what matters is how heavy the fastball is & how nasty the secondary stuff is.

I've faced guys who are much harder to hit at 88mph than some guys at 92-94

Not sure what causes this, but some pitchers stuff gets on you quick

😳
