Finland claims the title of the world’s happiest country for the 6th yr straight. What is it about Nordic countries that lead to scoring so high on these rankings?
When Denmark was number 1, they said it was due to low expectations.

Low expectations in life?
Yeah. So, whenever something good happens they're really appreciative.
Seems simple enough. How do I lower my expectations? Haha
Basically, you have to tell yourself that nothing is going to work out in your favor. The weather's going to be bad, food will be burnt, etc.
