So what do you propose is less taxing on your joints than calisthenics? If your bodyweight is harmful to your body, what is it exactly that is less taxing?

Not being fat. 😅

Yoga. Eating good fatty foods that have a lot of necessary minerals in them.

tho I have injuries from yoga asana practice, you can go too far for the tendons and once they stretch they are kinda fucked. 10 years and I have to now be really careful with form and muscle engagement to protect joints and tendons. The problem with being young when you start, you think you’re invincible, LOL

You can fix issues like that with nutrition. Or, if not fix entirely, make it a heck of a lot better.

I would like to know more about how to fix it with nutrition, any resource you recommend to learn more about that?

Yeah. Healthy fats and minerals. More good protien. Much less carbs.

Mostly the stuff all the people who peach about carnivore get right. Most of our food is getting worse, and that's destroying the foundations of our brains and bodies.

good to know, and that’s what I’ve been trying to rectify the last two years with some definite improvement, eating more fresh, more simple, more basic

That's great! But...

Most of the food you get from most places are being grown in mineral deficient soils. I'm starting to put together some things about my health that I need to have blood tests to figure out if I'm deficient in a few things that seem to plague most food these days.

Good point, we’ve really done a number on our selves by changing our environment and culture so radically

Yes. The more I learn about the history of modern food, especially in the US, the more pissed off I get.

But it's fixable for us that know.
