This is a sign you're not doing the right things or in the right environment.

Make wholesale changes with your disciplines first; re: do all the things you don't like to do when it comes to personal health / fitness first & see how things change.

For ex, running, cold plunge, hot yoga, etc.

Do the work you've been avoiding & take inventory from there.
