I don’t believe that blood sacrifices and witchcraft grant fame and power.

Change my mind.

blood sacrifices are par for the course in sub-saharan africa. im not sure they do either, but theres something in godless societies being drawn towards blood letting. not trying to change your mind though.

I know about their existence. In ancient pagan times, they were very common. For example, in Euripides' tragedy "Iphigenia in Aulis," Iphigenia, Agamemnon’s daughter, is compelled to be sacrificed to secure the gods' help in the war against the Trojans. What I don’t understand is how a blood sacrifice can grant power and fame.

difficult to grant...

though difficult as well to believe is just a base of effort and charisma alone... 🤷‍♂️

ofc that, by force, better nothing

Then why do famous people use these rituals if they are so believable?

This is an injustice.

If I were to frame it more rationally, I would consider it mental hypnosis, and that is not fair at all.

Each time I think of a famous person, I wonder what kind of witchcraft they might have practiced!

Unbelievable*

idk about rituals but is true that there's a "something" that pass as attractive, magical maybe...

hypnosis could be a right word... never thought about it like that. But then it'd become a curiousity, for say the least, how for each people the attractive can be different appreciated on each people

for say so

taylor swift in front of me? i sleep

concha urquiza instead? real shit!

and conchita doesn't strike me as someone ritualus beyond light make up and a cigarrette 🤔

I'm wondering what kind of 'witchcraft' Snowden has done.
