On days off, I like to do active recovery by either walking/rucking, or stick mobility.

I'm still new to stick work, but the ROI seems very good and it can be done anywhere.

how much do u weight and how tall are u

5'11", weight fluctuates between 145-165, mostly staying around 150-155. BMI is ~20.
