Most times you should do the opposite of what doctors recommend. Sadly healthcare is often a business designed to keep people sick.

Yeah a doctor once told me not to drink milk so I went to the store and bought a gallon of raw milk. Same guy told me not to eat meat, so I went to the beef initiative and bout 20lbs of beef.

Precisely!! 😎

I learned, especially over COVID, that taking medical advice from anyone who cannot do a pull-up is a bad idea.

Yes!! My doctor knows my stance on things and didn’t dare mention getting vaxxed to me because he knew I would oppose him and give me a lecture lol. He once tried to get me to take a tetanus shot. I said “how about no? What purpose does that serve?” He could only reply “you should be getting one every ten years.” I said “well that won’t be happening.” Did you know there’s studies that link infertility with the tetanus shot?

I did not know that

There’s so much we don’t know! Tetanus shots are often pushed or given if you step on a rusty nail BUT if this is the case and you go to emerge they will give you this shot but it’s supposed to be in your system long before this to be effective.. but does either actually “work” or is there another ploy at play here? I’m skeptical of it all. Stay curious.
