Even if its a speudonimous if behind of that are thousands of people, Satoshi Nakamoto will always be MALE, because it is a speoudonimous

Satoshi cannot believe that bitcoiners provide ID and take selfies to buy bitcoin, instead of peer to peer like it says in the title of the white paper.
Don't worry. People hopefully will catch up as more and more KYC free options come online e.g., Peach, Robosats to complement Bisq, HodlHodl etc. True P2P is obviously more challenging but will get easier.
