It’s good that you warm up. Try to incorporate stretching afterwards as much as you can. Recovery is as important as the training itself imo

Yes, Ive been compressing my work out times to get back to work, and I need to be smarter.

Same. Instead of doing 5min stretching after I do 2min

For runs I normally just walk it off. A nice long cooldown in the sun. For lifting I tend to just lay down after. Lol
