Béchamel complete, at least I think it is (I have never made one before)! It’s silky but not too thick and I can pour it but it’s not runny.

Looks exactly like it should!

I usually make mine a tad thicker but that's because I eyeball the butter & flour & then use up all the milk 😂

😂 you know recipes are flexible as long as you have enough milk.

I usually figure that you can't have to much bechamel but forget how much milk it requires 😂
